DAIYASERVIE Inc. (Head Office: Hanamigawa Ward, Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture; CEO: Noriyuki Toide), a drone service provider in Japan, signed the distributor agreement with Polish UAV manufacturer “uAvionics Technologies” in Japan on 24th Febrauary.
uAvionics is a leading Polish UAV manufacturer that manufactures and sells winged unmanned aerial vehicles “Tiguar S -410”. It is an electric/gasoline hybrid that can fly for 20 hours/1,800 km, boasting a payload of up to 11 kg (including fuel), and a sophisticated fail-safe function in 3 stages.
While the domestic UAV market is still in the demonstration phase, the use of drones in the disaster field is drawing more and more attention. Current drones, on the other hand, have limitations in responsiveness, mobility, and applicability, especially in the case of large-scale disasters, where their use is greatly limited in terms of flight time and payload.
Our company has been advocating and promoting the use of drones in the field of disasters for some time, and through this distributor agreement, we will promote the introduction in Japan of UAVs that can withstand the agility and mobility that are truly required in the event of a disaster, as well as work toward the establishment of a plan that can be used for both UAVs in times of ordinal and emergency use.
