As part of our company’s reformation of the way of working, for the purpose of security protection as well as privacy of employees, SNS accounts of individual employees, including executives, are not open to the public both inside and outside the company, except for LinkedIn, a business SNS. Therefore, I do not know the employee’s SNS account such as Facebook or LINE.
Each employee has a private part. As a manager, I have to clearly separate the on and off of employees. We decided to adopt this rule because we believe that it is not pleasant for employees to divert personal accounts to work, and because we often worry about various things when superiors and subordinates are connected through SNS with personal accounts.
If you would like to connect with our company executives or employees through SNS, please apply through LinkedIn. Also, we are very sorry but please refrain from asking about employees’ private SNS accounts.
