We are pleased to announce that DAIYASERVICE Inc. (Head Office: Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture; CEO: Noriyuki Toide), a drone service provider, has received an order for the “Hosting programming classes for elementary school teachers in the city” service in this fiscal year’s Chiba City Drone Utilization Promotion Project.

Our company has a global presence in the drone business, but as we interact with companies overseas, we’ve been more concerned about the progress of STEM education for kids in the country. In recognition of the Society 5.0 ’ s promise to bring STEM education, our company is launching an STEM drone school for elementary school students.
Based on this experience and know-how, we hope that in the future elementary schools in Chiba City will be able to offer programming classes using drones. In August 2019, we applied for the Chiba City Drone Utilization Promotion Project at the “free proposal type” and the our company proposal was adopted out of a number of proposals.
Through this work, we would like to ask the local faculty and staff to verify the possibility of conducting programming classes using drones.
We will ask CFD Sales Co., Ltd., our partner in our company, to cooperate with us in the course. The two companies have been collaborating for a long time on the operational know-how of drone programming, and are promoting the development of STEM education in Japan by making the best use of the knowledge accumulated by both companies.
